What the price table leaves out

A bill you can predict

Your bill counts requests, whatever the mix of suggestions and reverse lookups. Stadia counts 20 credits for a reverse lookup and 1 for a suggestion.
Results you may keep

Store every result in your own database. Google exempts only the place ID from its caching limits, and Mapbox charges more for permanent geocoding.
One request per pick

Each suggestion has its coordinates and time zone, so a pick needs no second request. A Google autocomplete suggestion has no coordinates.
IDs that need no refresh

An Onde city ID stays the same in every later dataset, and a retired ID returns its replacement when one exists. Google place IDs can change, and Google recommends a refresh after 12 months.
Private search text

We do not store the search text or the positions that you send. You can tell your users the same.
Cities, not addresses

Onde finds cities and districts, not street addresses. For an address field, use one of the other services in this table.

The Mapbox row uses permanent geocoding, because you may store Onde results.
The Google row adds the tiered prices after the free requests.
The prices are from the public pricing pages on 2026-11-03.
API Ninjas shows different prices to different visitors, so its row keeps the lower price of 2026-11-02.
